Sinusitis Kills- A 100% True Fact

18th January 2007

A suspected fatal case of meningitis in eastern Prince Edward Island, Canada, was sinusitis that spread to the brain, says the acting chief health officer.

"For this one, we think that the public is not at risk," said Dr. Mitch Zelman of the death of a 33-year-old Kings County man.

"As I said, all the cultures are so far negative, but that doesn't mean that the public doesn't have to take the right precautions such as washing their hands properly and making sure that your vaccinations are up to date, especially the vaccinations for children."

P.E.I. is the first province to add a new meningitis vaccine to its immunization schedule.

Students in Grade 9 will be getting the vaccine this year, which protects against four groups of meningococcal disease over a longer period of time compared to previous vaccines.

Meningitis is inflammation in the lining of the brain caused by infection.

Sinusitis is an inflamation of the sinuses, usually caused by bacteria. There are literally hundreds of treatments.

However, it will help you to remember this.
Sinusitis is caused by bacteria growing in your head.
Kill the bacteria and you will solve the problem. However, antibiotics help destroy your immune system leaving you wide open to further Sinusitis problems. The simple proven solution is to use an Sinusitis treatment that destroys bacteria without damaging your immune system. This can even be used in conjunction with conventional Sinusitis drugs.

Sinusitis Facts
Have you ever had a cold or allergy attack that wouldn't go away? If so, there's a good chance you actually had sinusitis.

Experts estimate that 37 million people are afflicted with sinusitis each year, making it one of the most common health conditions in America.

That number may be significantly higher, since the symptoms of bacterial sinusitis often mimic those of colds or allergies, and many sufferers never see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment with an antibiotic.

What is Sinusitis?

Acute bacterial sinusitis is an inflamation of the sinus cavities caused by bacteria. It usually is preceded by a cold, allergy attack, or irritation by environmental pollutants.

Unlike a cold, or allergy, Doctors say that bacterial sinusitis requires a physician's diagnosis and treatment with an antibiotic to cure the problem and prevent future complications. If this were true, why do most people treated with antibiotics, go on to repeated bouts of sinus problems and sinusitis?

The truth is, that whilst in some cases, sinusitis antibiotics do work, most of the time they just provide temporary relief and weaken your immune system.

The simple proven solution is to use a natural sinusitis treatment that does not threaten your immune system.

I personally recommend Sinus Doctor Natural Sinusitis Treatment. It seems to stop sinusitis symptoms in minutes and destroys the sinusitis germs pretty quick too.
